How to track your order on My Orders
Follow your order's status, quote and messages from our team.
Finding your orders
- 1Sign in and click My Orders in the header.
- 2You'll see every order with its reference, service, date and current status.
- 3Click an order to see full details.
What each status means
- Submitted: we've received your request.
- In review: our team is checking your files and specifications.
- Quote ready: your price and any notes from us are shown on the order.
- Approved: you've accepted the quote and we're scheduling production.
- In production: your item is being printed.
- Ready: your order is ready for collection or delivery.
- Completed: the order is finished.
- Cancelled: the order was stopped — the message will explain why.
On the order page
- Progress bar showing where your order is.
- Your specifications and uploaded files.
- The quoted amount and messages from our team.
- A full history of every status change.
- A WhatsApp button that includes your order reference, so we can help you faster.
Approving a quote
When your order shows Quote ready, tap the WhatsApp button to confirm and arrange payment. We'll update the status once confirmed.
Ready to try it? Your design is checked by our team before production.
