How to submit an order

Before you start

• Sign in so your design and files are saved to your order.
• Have your artwork (PNG with a transparent background is best) or 3D model (STL, 3MF or OBJ) ready.

DTF and UV DTF orders

1. 1Open the DTF or UV DTF page and scroll to the studio.
2. 2Choose the product, colour, size and quantity.
3. 3Upload your artwork or start from a template, then position it.
4. 4Check the preview from every side.
5. 5Add notes such as deadlines, sizes per person or special requests.
6. 6Click Submit order request.

3D printing orders

1. 1Open the 3D Printing page and upload your model.
2. 2Check the size and geometry warnings.
3. 3Choose material, colour, quality, infill, scale and quantity.
4. 4Add notes and click Submit order request.

What happens next

You'll get an order reference (for example KD-1A2B3C4D) and be taken to the order page. Our team reviews your files and sends a quote. Submitting a request does not commit you to pay — production starts only after you approve the quote.
